Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Out of respect for my time and other clients, the following cancellation policy is enforced: • 48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment. • Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will result in a 50% service fee. • Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service. • No-shows may be required to prepay in full for future appointments.
